EGG FOLDED NESTS

The dry egg pasta of Industria Alimentare Ferraro derives from the lamination of the egg pastry and a particular technique that makes it rough. The peculiar folded shape is suited for both domestic and catering use, thanks to the ease of portioning: a skein corresponds to a portion.

DRIED LASAGNE SHEETS

Two lines are dedicated to the production of bronze-drawn lasagna with the possibility of being as personalized as possible in terms of sheet sizes and type of packaging. The third line can produce both drawn and laminated egg lasagna.

Industria Alimentare Ferraro has a line of ambient filled pasta with very high production capacity dedicated to recipes for large-scale distribution.The production process can guarantee a shelf life of the product up to 180 days without the need to maintain the cold chain, facilitating its management. The product preserves the salient characteristics of the category and maintains a surprising taste over time.

The frozen ready lasagna line is fully automated and boasts a high production capacity. The development of recipes and the preparation of sauces in our kitchens and the management of the assembly, create a product rich in flavor and highly customizable. The same line also produces ambient lasagna, a stabilized product that allows for 12 months shelf life at room temperature and can be tempered in just 2 minutes.
