From the consultancy activity to the production phase up to the revision of the packaging: the R&D department of Industria Alimentare Ferraro is the nerve center of the product design process for internal production and third parties.
It carries out constant work to ensure that the characteristics required by customers in terms of quality, cost control and organoleptic properties are respected, constantly monitoring reproducibility and food safety.

Two production facilities ensure a more complete offer. With 13 production lines, Industria Alimentare Ferraro guarantees the creation of a range of products to meet customer needs.

1. CONSULTANCY

Industria Alimentare Ferraro’s Research and Development Department offers customers a full range of consulting services for the industrialization of traditional recipes or the development of new ideas through extensive experience in the sector.

2. RESEARCH INTO RAW MATERIALS

Industria Alimentare Ferraro coordinates with its partners throughout the entire recipe customisation process. We research the raw materials best suited to the needs of the individual client, coupled with a painstaking selection of the most qualified suppliers.

3. RECIPE DEVELOPMENT

From the careful choice of raw materials to the formulation of the recipe, up to the creation of the finished product, Industria Alimentare Ferraro accompanies the customer in all the different stages of the development process to create the perfect product for every need.

4. FOOD SAFETY

The priority is the safety and health of the consumer, for this reason, the study of products pays the utmost attention to the elimination of food risks, correctly managing allergens, and avoiding contamination of food during production. In addition, the company operates in full compliance with the regulations and for the pursuit of the guidelines of quality certifications.

5. QUALITY CONTROL

Industria Alimentare Ferraro ensures, through its Quality Control Department, the evaluation of the products in terms of hygiene and food safety and compliance with the standards set forth by the most important food certifications.

6. LOGISTICS

Industria Alimentare Ferraro offers fast, safe and reliable logistics support, being able to load 6 days a week, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
