What will the future of the food sector be? Faced with the growing diversification of products and styles of consumption and in view of the impact that these may have on industrial production, our Research and Industrialisation team has dedicated the last few years to preparing for new market trends, studying new ways to innovate products in respect of Italian tradition. Our studies include the introduction of stuffed foods and ready-meals free from animal proteins, the creation of a high-protein pasta – particularly suited to the nutrition of athletes and others – along with the production of enriched wholemeal products.
